Role Overview
Produce and edit high-caliber commercial and branded video for a research project with a leading frontier AI lab, contributing high-quality training data for advanced AI systems. This opportunity is focused on video production and post-production, not on brand identity or static graphic design. Two tracks are being considered: senior video and creative producers, and video editors or multimedia designers.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality video and film for technology companies, global brands, startups, or cultural institutions.
- Producer track responsibilities: scope projects, create budgets, build schedules, manage clients, and direct creative teams through delivery.
- Editor track responsibilities: edit, perform motion design, and finish content using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Cinema 4D.
- Create, review, and evaluate polished production-ready film and motion work against contemporary commercial standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver production-ready video and campaign content.
- Contribute video work that will serve as training data for frontier AI systems.
- Deliver work that demonstrates strong editorial judgment, pacing, and visual execution.
- Proven track record producing world-class commercial and brand film, demonstrated in a reel or portfolio showing commercial film, brand content, motion design, editorial, or campaign work.
- Experience in professional studio environments, able to critically assess quality and execution.
- Producer track: demonstrable experience scoping, budgeting, scheduling, client management, and directing teams.
- Editor track: demonstrable experience editing, motion design, and finishing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- Experience delivering commercial, branded, or campaign film work and collaborating across disciplines to meet delivery standards.
- Experience at leading motion design or creative production studios is highly preferred, for example BUCK, Tendril, Future Deluxe, Hornet, Giant Ant, Ordinary Folk, or other studios with exceptional commercial and brand film portfolios.
- Remote work, candidates must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Engagement is hourly.
- GBP 150 to 200 per hour.
