About this role
Provide expert telecommunications knowledge to train and refine next generation AI systems. You will evaluate telecom systems and protocols, translate complex technical concepts into clear, usable content, and deliver targeted feedback that improves AI learning, reasoning, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and evaluate telecommunications systems, standards, protocols, and operational practices to generate expert input for AI training.
- Document, explain, and distill complex telecom concepts into concise, well-structured material suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Engage with AI platforms on a daily or weekly basis to keep training materials current and comprehensive.
- Review, assess, and refine AI-generated telecommunications content for technical accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with customer teams to identify emerging industry trends and real-world challenges relevant to AI learning objectives.
- Provide clear, analytical feedback and recommendations to support the continual evolution of AI capabilities in telecommunications.
- Deep expertise in telecommunications systems, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to convey intricate technical topics clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with documentation, report writing, or technical instruction in telecommunications.
- Analytical skills to evaluate technical material and provide actionable feedback.
- Comfortable collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with or training AI systems, or a strong willingness to learn AI integration within telecom.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, or AI-driven systems in the telecom sector.
- Prior experience developing or reviewing training datasets for automation or AI applications.
- Advanced degree or industry certifications in telecommunications or related fields.

- Pay rate: $20.00 to $75.00 per hour.
