Role Overview

Lead the operational systems that onboard, activate, and support distributed expert talent contributing to high-velocity AI training and data operations. This remote, full-time role connects talent operations, enterprise delivery, data, product, and engineering to help AI deployments run effectively at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run large-cohort onboarding efficiently and reliably at scale.
  • Activate and manage distributed talent pools supporting AI training and data operations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Identify and resolve operational blockers quickly and clearly.
  • Drive customer-success outcomes across ongoing AI deployments.
  • Publish weekly performance and milestone reports with clear, relevant insights.
  • Lead community syncs and engagement practices that help operators stay effective.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams as model and client requirements evolve.
  • Use data to continually improve onboarding, quality assurance, and retention systems.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills, with a clear, structured, and direct approach.
  • Experience operating in remote, distributed environments.
  • Strong ownership, stakeholder-management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead more than 100 contributors while maintaining operational visibility.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, rapid change, and continuous iteration.
  • Data fluency, including dashboards, KPIs, and performance diagnostics.
  • Experience with large-scale onboarding is required.
  • Preferred: experience in human data, RLHF, or AI training pipelines; work with enterprise AI or technical clients; building or scaling data operations or talent operations systems; and modern ATS, analytics, project-operations, and automation tools.

Compensation

  • The listing states a compensation range of $70, 000 to $110, 000 per year.
