Role Overview
Lead high-impact engineering data initiatives that help train and evaluate advanced AI systems. You will serve as the primary client contact for leading AI labs while guiding Electrical and Electronics Engineering experts working across PCB design, power electronics, embedded systems, and industrial electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complex projects from planning through delivery, with a focus on client satisfaction and project outcomes.
- Manage and improve domain-specific engineering data pipelines for efficiency, technical accuracy, scalability, and data integrity.
- Lead Human Data Managers and team leads who review work produced by subject-matter experts in PCB design, power electronics, embedded systems, and related fields.
- Act as a trusted technical and strategic partner in direct client communications on large-scale projects.
- Partner with Human Data Engineers to define, monitor, and improve workflow KPIs.
- Provide executive-level updates on project status, data performance, operational impact, and key insights.
- Design and execute workflows that structure, optimize, and manage large-scale engineering data operations.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Electrical or Electronics Engineering background, including PCB design, schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation, component selection, and board validation and testing.
- Experience with converters, battery systems, embedded electronics, industrial electronics, or similar technical domains.
- Familiarity with KiCad, SpiceBridge, PCBParts, or comparable PCB design and simulation tools.
- At least 2 years of leadership or project ownership experience managing technical teams, improving operational processes, or optimizing complex workflows.
- Exceptional stakeholder-management and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with senior technical experts and clients in a client-facing environment.

Compensation
Annual compensation range: $400, 000 to $550, 000.
