About this role

Role Overview

Apply your specialized industry knowledge to evaluate AI-powered workflows used in professional software and business systems. Your real-world feedback will help improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform across government contracting and federal acquisition, commodities and maritime operations, nonprofit and grant management, and education and EdTech operations. Prior AI experience is not required, your domain expertise is the focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test and evaluate AI-driven workflows relevant to your industry, providing actionable feedback on usability and accuracy.
  • Use large language models and AI agents to model real professional scenarios and decision-making processes.
  • Review workflow outputs for correctness, completeness, and alignment with applicable industry standards and regulations, including FAR and DFARS for federal contracting.
  • Document edge cases, workflow gaps, and unrealistic scenarios identified while using the platform.
  • Use advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Cowork, or similar tools to assess integrations with workplace applications.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators through written observations, suggestions, and recommendations that improve workflow logic and practical AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • Substantial professional experience in one or more of these areas: government contracting and federal acquisition, commodities and maritime operations, nonprofit and grant management, or education and EdTech operations.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry platforms, systems, tools, or regulatory frameworks, including procurement, shipping, logistics, fundraising, and federal acquisition requirements where applicable.
  • Experience with workplace applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Notion, or sector-specific tools.
  • Professional experience using generative AI applications, such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or AI agents.
  • Ability to identify incomplete, inaccurate, or impractical workflow elements and communicate clear, constructive feedback.
  • Strong written communication skills, curiosity, and adaptability when experimenting with AI-powered tools and processes.

Work Terms

  • Remote contract engagement.
  • Work is performed asynchronously with project coordinators.

Compensation

$30 to $80 per hour.
