Software Engineer for AI Code Evaluation

Software Engineers will use their real-world development experience to evaluate AI-generated code and technical content, provide structured feedback, and help improve how AI systems interpret programming tasks, system design, and engineering best practices.

• Review AI-generated code and technical responses for correctness, efficiency, clarity, and alignment with real-world engineering practices.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback to improve AI outputs against technical guidelines.
• Design job-related coding questions and evaluation criteria that reflect practical engineering scenarios.
• Work asynchronously and independently to complete review and evaluation tasks within provided instructions.

• India-based Software Engineer in Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack, or Systems roles.
• At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience, internships excluded.
• Strong coding ability in one or more major languages, for example Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or Go.
• Proven experience building and debugging production-level code.
• Ability to follow detailed technical guidelines and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Applicants must pass a coding assessment as part of the selection process.

• Engagement type: part-time, hourly contract work that is project-based and flexible.
• Remote and asynchronous work, perform tasks independently from your location in India.
• No minimum hours required, this is not a traditional full-time software engineering position.
• Placement on specific projects depends on project availability, and opportunities will be offered as they arise.
• This engagement is invite-only; applying does not guarantee placement.

Up to $25/hr (depending on the project)

• Candidates must be based in India and able to work remotely from within India.
• Professional experience must meet the 2+ year requirement, with internships excluded from that count.
