Apply your software development expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world technical input. No previous AI experience is required, your software engineering knowledge is the core qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications using Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, or Node.js.
- Partner with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality solutions that meet changing business needs.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code using sound software engineering practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases for performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept and design through testing and deployment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally across distributed teams.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on software development experience using one or more of Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Android development, iOS development, or back-end or full-stack development.
- Ability to build scalable, reliable, maintainable software systems.
- Experience working in remote, collaborative, agile environments.
- Knowledge of modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and clear professional communication.
- Self-directed approach and ability to work independently in a distributed setting.
- Preferred: experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; DevOps and containerization knowledge; or experience mentoring or leading small engineering teams.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $60 to $110 per hour.
