About this role

Share your firsthand perspective on how a smaller organization selects, funds, and administers employee health insurance. Your input will support research into AI tools intended to improve healthcare and benefits experiences for employers, health plans, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete a structured online survey of approximately 25 minutes.
  • Describe how health insurance decisions are made, including plan and carrier selection, funding arrangements, and day-to-day benefits administration.
  • Submit all survey responses within the provided timeline.
Qualifications
  • Play a meaningful role in your organization’s health insurance decisions, whether as the final decision-maker, a joint decision-maker with one or two others, or the person who researches options and makes recommendations for approval.
  • Hold a role such as Owner, CEO, President, CFO, Controller, Head of Finance, HR Director, HR Manager, Office Manager, Operations lead with benefits responsibilities, Benefits or Total Rewards specialist, Executive Assistant, or Administrator.
  • Work for a private-sector business, nonprofit organization, public-sector employer such as a local government, school district, or municipality, or a provider, medical practice, or health system.
  • Work for an organization with 200 or fewer employees in the United States that offers employee health insurance, whether through a directly purchased group plan, a PEO, an ICHRA, or a stipend for individual coverage.
  • Be able to complete the survey independently.
Work Terms
  • One-time remote survey opportunity for participants based in the United States.
  • Estimated time commitment: approximately 25 minutes.
Compensation
  • Receive a one-time payment of $56 after successful verification of the completed submission.
Eligibility
  • You must be based in the United States.
  • Employees of health plans or health insurers, insurance brokers or benefits advisors, and pharmacy benefit managers are not eligible.
