Business Intelligence Consultant for AI Training

This position offers the opportunity to leverage your advanced Excel skills to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping how models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world data inputs. No prior experience in AI is necessary; your domain knowledge is the key asset.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to structure, analyze, and present data for AI model training.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to understand project objectives and deliver insightful business intelligence solutions.
• Prepare, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity for AI systems.
• Develop and document BI workflows and processes, emphasizing clear written and verbal communication.
• Translate business questions into actionable data insights and provide input for model improvement.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel to support AI training initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Excel functions and add-ons.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or analytics, primarily focused on Excel.
• Exceptional proficiency in advanced Excel features such as Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, and data modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely, effectively managing time and deliverables.
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in cleaning, preparing, and validating large datasets for analytics or AI training purposes.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable outputs.

• Prior experience supporting AI, machine learning, or data science projects through BI initiatives.
• Background in process automation or optimization using Excel or complementary tools.
• Relevant certifications in business intelligence, analytics, or Excel.

Contract position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly rate of $40 - $50.
