Key Responsibilities- Apply advanced Excel tools to structure, analyze, and present data for AI model training and evaluation.
- Prepare, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for downstream use.
- Build and document repeatable BI workflows and processes, emphasizing clear written and verbal documentation.
- Create detailed Excel reports, dashboards, pivot-based analyses, and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Translate business questions into technical requirements and actionable data outputs that support model improvement.
- Collaborate with the customer team to align deliverables with project objectives and feedback.
- Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities using Excel functions, Power Query, VBA, and complementary add-ins.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or analytics, with primary emphasis on Excel.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, and data modeling techniques.
- Proven experience cleaning, preparing, and validating large datasets for analytics or AI training purposes.
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization within Excel.
- Ability to translate business processes and requirements into technical BI solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience identifying opportunities for process automation in Excel.
- Prior involvement in projects supporting AI, machine learning, or data science teams through BI deliverables.
- Experience with process automation or optimization using Excel or complementary tools.
- Relevant certifications in business intelligence, analytics, or advanced Excel.
