Sinhala Voice and QA Specialist

Place and evaluate Sinhala-language voice conversations to help build and quality-check AI-powered voice agents. This remote, hourly role focuses on executing scripted outbound calls in Sinhala, reviewing and rating recordings for linguistic quality and naturalness, and delivering clear written feedback. The engagement starts immediately for candidates based in Sri Lanka.

• Make outbound calls in Sinhala following provided scenarios
• Evaluate those calls for accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness
• Review other Sinhala conversations and flag linguistic or quality issues
• Provide concise, written feedback on issues found
• Participate in periodic check-ins and briefings as needed

• Native or fluent Sinhala speaker
• Based in Sri Lanka
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written communication skills

• Customer service experience
• Previous data annotation or quality assurance experience

Remote, hourly engagement with an immediate start. Short onboarding preceding ongoing scenario testing and QA tasks. Expect occasional check-ins; work continuity depends on ongoing scenario availability.

Pay rate: 8 - 12 hourly

Applicants must be located in Sri Lanka and able to work remotely from there. Fluency in Sinhala is required.

Selected candidates will complete a short onboarding process and begin scenario calls and QA as soon as onboarding is finished. Onboarding and work start dates are immediate where possible.
