About this role

Role Overview

Shape AI evaluation tasks for enterprise go-to-market work in Fortune 500 and large public-company environments. You will create realistic scenarios, reference outputs, and scoring rubrics that reflect high-stakes deal cycles, complex stakeholder groups, and major brand decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create enterprise sales scenarios involving $1M+ annual contract value deals, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and complex procurement cycles.
  • Develop marketing tasks covering Fortune 500 brand strategy, enterprise account-based marketing, large-scale demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and category positioning.
  • Build RevOps and go-to-market scenarios using enterprise technology stacks, including Salesforce Enterprise, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Apply MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management methodologies to produce reference deal strategies, account plans, and executive narratives.
  • Write rubrics that differentiate genuine enterprise go-to-market judgment from generic playbook knowledge.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or RevOps at a Fortune 500 enterprise software vendor, such as Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Microsoft, or AWS, or within a Fortune 500 brand or marketing organization, such as P&G, JPMorgan, Unilever, Microsoft, or PepsiCo.
  • Direct ownership of Fortune 500 accounts, brand campaigns, or demand programs.
  • Fluency with enterprise go-to-market tools and methodologies, along with practical knowledge of Fortune 500 budgeting, procurement, and legal-review processes.
  • Experience authoring rubrics, sales-enablement curricula, or training content is preferred.

Work Terms

  • Remote, hourly independent contractor engagement.
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
  • Before live assignments, contributors complete a paid calibration program focused on the required quality standard.
  • High-performing contributors may advance to reviewer, lead, and domain subject-matter-expert roles with higher rates.

Compensation

  • $65 to $90 per hour, determined by demonstrated expertise.
