About this role
Project Controls Engineers apply scheduling, cost-control, and construction-planning expertise to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that improves AI understanding of project controls workflows and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Independently produce expert-level analyses and data outputs using the tools and workflows of professional practice.
- Complete structured, project-based work tasks, including building price forecast models or developing PPA documentation.
- Review AI-generated material and deliver clear, detailed feedback informed by hands-on project controls experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in project controls, scheduling, or construction planning.
- Experience as a Project Scheduler, Senior Scheduler, Project Controls Engineer, Construction Planner, EPC Project Manager, Project Planner, or in an equivalent energy or construction industry role.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.
- Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
- Flexible, asynchronous schedule with no minimum hour requirement.
- Contributors typically work approximately 5 to 20 hours per week while assigned to an active project.
- Placement is based on current project needs, and qualified applicants may be considered for future projects as they become available.
Up to $80/hr (depending on the project).
Eligibility- F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
- If your school requires a CPT course, this engagement may not meet your school''s requirements.
- STEM OPT is not supported.
