Role Overview
Apply your anatomy and biomechanics expertise to help train advanced AI systems through precise hand-landmark annotation across image and video data. This remote contract role focuses on interpreting complex hand positions and producing consistent, high-quality annotations. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate hand and finger landmarks and keypoints using MediaPipe-style hand topology.
- Identify and mark anatomical joints, including the wrist, MCP, PIP, DIP, fingertips, and thumb-specific CMC, MCP, IP, and thumb-tip landmarks.
- Place landmarks precisely according to defined annotation protocols and tolerance thresholds.
- Infer and annotate partially occluded or visually challenging joints and landmarks, including those affected by complex hand positions or object interactions.
- Interpret varied hand poses, orientations, and perspectives across image and video data.
- Review visual feedback, identify deviations from requirements, and make targeted corrections to maintain quality at scale.
Qualifications
- Strong anatomy expertise, particularly in hand and finger anatomy.
- Experience or capability in detailed annotation work and MediaPipe-style hand topology.
- Excellent attention to detail, visual reasoning, and image and video analysis skills.
- Ability to perform quality assurance and follow strict protocols and guidelines consistently.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $15 to $80 per hour.
