Role Overview
Pharmacy experts apply clinical and pharmaceutical knowledge to design domain-specific prompts, evaluate large language model responses, and help improve LLM performance on pharmacy-related tasks and concepts.
Key Responsibilities- Create and refine domain-specific prompts and test cases that probe LLM understanding in pharmacy topics.
- Review, rate, and provide detailed feedback on LLM outputs, identifying errors, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to small, focused project cohorts that test the limits of LLM scientific and language understanding.
- Learn and adopt evaluation methods relevant to AI-assisted research while sharing subject-matter expertise with project teams.
- Master''s degree in Pharmacy from a US institution, such as MPharm, PharmD, or an equivalent credential.
- Experience and confidence in outperforming current AI systems at explaining and reasoning about core pharmacy concepts.
- Ability to work primarily asynchronously and independently, collaborating with research teams at leading AI labs.
- Selection for individual projects is competitive and limited to small cohorts chosen for disciplinary and research expertise.
- Location: Remote, asynchronous work.
- Employment type: Part time.

- Project placement depends on the availability of domain-specific projects; the program runs year-round but opportunities vary by domain.

Eligibility- Applicants must hold a qualifying master''s degree from a US institution as stated above.
- F-1 students may be eligible only if they qualify for CPT or OPT. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility. If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course for off-campus work, this program may not satisfy that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported for participation.
