Key Responsibilities
  • Review AI-generated clinical responses for accuracy, sound medical reasoning, clarity, and relevance to real-world patient care.
  • Design and refine job-related prompts or clinical scenarios that test AI performance.
  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback that helps improve model understanding of diagnostic processes, treatment planning, and clinician-patient communication.
  • Follow written guidelines for review tasks, document findings clearly, and escalate ambiguous or potentially unsafe content as instructed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion when handling sensitive or proprietary material.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active or previously active medical license in good standing.
  • Clinical experience in direct patient care.
  • Strong written communication skills and careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and follow written procedures and quality standards.
  • Professional judgment, reliability, and high standards for confidentiality.
  • No prior AI or technical experience required.
Work Terms
  • Engagement type, independent contractor, not a full-time employee role.
  • Fully remote, work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
  • Schedule is flexible and asynchronous, with no minimum hour requirement. Many contributors work approximately 5 to 20 hours per week when assigned to an active project.
  • Ongoing, project-based work that runs year-round, with projects opening periodically across different areas of expertise. Placement on projects depends on current needs, with consideration for future assignments as they become available.
  • This is not a traditional full-time clinical, hospital, or private practice position and can be performed alongside primary employment.
