Role Overview
Physicians apply their clinical and medical decision-making expertise to evaluate AI-generated clinical content and provide targeted feedback that improves medical knowledge, clinical reasoning, diagnostic accuracy, treatment considerations, and professional communication in healthcare scenarios.
Key Responsibilities- Review AI-generated clinical responses for accuracy, sound medical reasoning, clarity, and relevance to real-world patient care.
- Design and refine job-related prompts or clinical scenarios that test AI performance.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback that helps improve model understanding of diagnostic processes, treatment planning, and clinician-patient communication.
- Follow written guidelines for review tasks, document findings clearly, and escalate ambiguous or potentially unsafe content as instructed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion when handling sensitive or proprietary material.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Active or previously active medical license in good standing.
- Clinical experience in direct patient care.
- Strong written communication skills and careful attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow written procedures and quality standards.
- Professional judgment, reliability, and high standards for confidentiality.
- No prior AI or technical experience required.
- Engagement type, independent contractor, not a full-time employee role.
- Fully remote, work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
- Schedule is flexible and asynchronous, with no minimum hour requirement. Many contributors work approximately 5 to 20 hours per week when assigned to an active project.
- Ongoing, project-based work that runs year-round, with projects opening periodically across different areas of expertise. Placement on projects depends on current needs, with consideration for future assignments as they become available.
- This is not a traditional full-time clinical, hospital, or private practice position and can be performed alongside primary employment.

Eligibility- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm your status.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that specific requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported.
- Refer to the program help documentation for additional details on supported work authorizations.
- Create an account on the program portal and complete the required profile information.
- Complete identity verification as requested.
- Enroll in relevant project onboarding, complete any assessments or training required for assignment.
- Begin assigned review work once onboarded and receive compensation as an independent contractor.
