Norwegian Music Producer or Audio Engineer for AI Evaluation

Role Overview

Evaluate generative music AI outputs across a wide range of genres, applying professional music-production judgment in both Norwegian and English. This role focuses on assessing musical quality, creative execution, and alignment with provided prompts and reference materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare AI-generated songs side by side for musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production and mix quality.
• Label songs by genre, structure, instrumentation, vocals, and other musical characteristics.
• Assess AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Norwegian proficiency and the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• At least 2 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors appropriate for critical listening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Norwegian genres, subgenres, and artists.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly independent contractor engagement.
• Immediate start.
• Flexible schedule. Most contributors work about 20 hours per week, with no maximum-hour cap.

Compensation

• $42 to $78 per hour.
