Role Overview
Evaluate and annotate outputs from generative music models in Telugu, applying professional music production and audio engineering judgement. You will listen to and compare AI-generated songs, score training data quality, and provide detailed, structured annotations that inform model improvement across lyrics, vocals, arrangement, and mix quality.
Key Responsibilities- Listen to AI-generated music samples and rate them head-to-head on musicality, creativity, adherence to the prompt, vocal quality, and production and mix quality, using audio-engineering terminology.
- Assess and score the quality of musical training data and model outputs, including lyrics and voice generation.
- Produce detailed annotations for songs using a structured taxonomy, including genre and sub-genre classification, song structure, and vocal and instrumental characteristics.
- Write music in the domain language listed in the title, and evaluate lyrical content in Telugu.
- Follow directions provided in English and complete annotation tasks according to provided guidelines.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a music producer, audio engineer, and or sound mixer.
- College degree in music that includes performance, theory, and lyric study, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Documented understanding of musical performance, theory, and lyrics.
- Past experience writing lyrical music in Telugu.
- Native or near native proficiency in Telugu, and native or near native proficiency in English, sufficient to understand instructions and provide detailed annotations.
- Start date: Immediate.
- Duration: Up to 6 months.
- Commitment: Part time, minimum 10 hours per week.
- Location: Remote.

Hourly pay range: 10.8 to 19.44 per hour.
