Swedish Musician for AI Model Evaluation

Evaluate outputs from generative music AI models in Swedish, applying music production and audio engineering judgment to assess lyrics, vocals, instrumentation, arrangement, and mix quality. You will compare samples, annotate detailed musical attributes, and score training data to help improve model performance. This role requires working bilingually in Swedish and English.

• Listen to and evaluate AI-generated music and lyrics across genres, scoring samples on musicality, creativity, and adherence to prompts.
• Assess vocal generation quality, including vocal timbre, intonation, and performance realism, using audio-engineering terminology.
• Score the quality of musical training data used by models.
• Perform head-to-head comparisons of AI-generated samples, rating vocal quality, production and mix quality, and overall musical effectiveness.
• Annotate songs using a structured taxonomy, including genre and sub-genre classification, song structure, and vocal and instrumental characteristics.
• Write music or lyrics in Swedish as required by evaluation tasks.
• Follow written and spoken directions provided in English.

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer.
• Demonstrable understanding of musical performance, music theory, and lyrical composition.
• College degree in music that includes performance, theory, and lyric-focused coursework, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience writing lyrical music in Swedish.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish, and near-native proficiency in English, sufficient to follow instructions and participate in onboarding conversations.

• Location: Remote.
• Employment type: Hourly.
• Start date: Immediate.
• Duration: Up to 6 months.
• Expected commitment: Part-time, 10 or more hours per week.

Hourly rate between 30 and 54 per hour.

• Fluency requirements: Native or near-native Swedish, and strong English comprehension for instructions and interviews.
• Ability to write and evaluate lyrical music in Swedish.
