Role Overview
Evaluate and annotate outputs from generative music AI in Hindi, assessing lyrics, vocal synthesis, musicality, creativity, and production quality to help improve model training data and evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities- Listen to and rate AI-generated music samples head-to-head on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production and mix quality.
- Evaluate AI-generated lyrics and voice synthesis for correctness, naturalness, and artistic quality.
- Score the quality of musical training data used to train models.
- Annotate songs in detail using a structured taxonomy, including genre and sub-genre classification, song structure, and vocal and instrumental characteristics.
- Use audio-engineering terminology when assessing production and mix quality.
- Write music and lyrics in Hindi as required for evaluation tasks.
- Follow project directions provided in English.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer.
- Demonstrable understanding of musical performance, theory, and lyrics.
- College degree in music that includes coursework or training in performance, theory, and lyrics.
- Past experience writing lyrical music in Hindi.
- Ability to use audio-engineering vocabulary to describe production and mix elements.
- Location: Remote.
- Employment type: Hourly.
- Commitment: Part-time, 10+ hours per week.

- Duration: Up to 6 months.
- Hourly rate: 9.63 - 17.33 hourly.
