About this role
Assess outputs from generative music AI models in Greek and English, applying professional music production and audio engineering judgment to rate lyrics, vocals, composition, and mix quality. This role focuses on detailed, taxonomy-driven annotation and pairwise comparison of AI-generated music to help improve model performance.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate AI-generated lyrics, vocal synthesis, and related musical outputs for accuracy and quality.
- Score the quality of musical training data used by models.
- Write and assess music in Greek, demonstrating practical experience creating lyrical content in the domain language.
- Understand and follow instructions provided in English.
- Perform head-to-head ratings of AI-generated music samples on musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production or mix quality, using audio engineering terminology.
- Annotate songs in detail, including genre and sub-genre classification, song structure, and vocal and instrumental characteristics, following a provided structured taxonomy.
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer.
- Demonstrated knowledge of musical performance, theory, and lyrical composition.
- College degree in music that included performance, theory, and lyrics.
- Proven experience writing lyrical music in Greek.
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Greek and English, and ability to follow directions in English.
- Location: Remote.
- Employment type: Hourly.
- Start date: Immediate.
- Duration: Up to 6 months.
- Commitment: Part-time, at least 10 hours per week.
Hourly pay range: 12.00 to 21.60 per hour.
