Music Producer for AI Model Evaluation, German Bilingual

Evaluate outputs from generative music AI in German and English, providing expert assessments of lyrics, voice generation, musicality, and production quality. This role focuses on detailed, technical annotation and comparative scoring of AI-produced music to improve model training and outputs.

• Listen to and evaluate AI-generated music samples across genres, scoring them head-to-head on musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production and mix quality, using audio-engineering terminology.
• Assess and score the quality of musical training data.
• Evaluate AI model output lyrics and voice generation against quality standards.
• Annotate songs in detail using a structured taxonomy, including genre and sub-genre classification, song structure, and vocal and instrumental characteristics.
• Produce written musical assessments in the domain language, including lyrical music analysis and critique.

• At least 3+ years of professional experience as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer.
• Demonstrable understanding of musical performance, theory, and lyrics.
• College degree in music that included coursework or training in performance, theory, and lyrics.
• Past experience writing lyrical music in German.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German and in English, with the ability to follow directions given in English.

• Location: Remote.
• Employment type: Hourly, part-time.
• Commitment: Minimum 10+ hours per week.

• Duration: Up to 6 months.

• Hourly rate range: 32.48 - 58.46 hourly.
