Join a dynamic team as a Music Audio Expert, where you will play a crucial role in evaluating generative musical AI models in collaboration with a leading AI lab. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your musical expertise and bilingual skills to assess AI-generated music across various categories.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate AI model output lyrics, voice generation, and other standards.
- Score the quality of musical training data.
- Write music in the specified domain language.
- Understand directions in English.
- Rate AI-generated music samples on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality using audio-engineering terminology.
- Annotate songs in detail, including genre/sub-genre classification, song structure, and vocal/instrumental characteristics via a structured taxonomy.
- At least 3 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer.
- Strong understanding of musical performance, theory, and lyrics.
- A college degree in music, covering performance, theory, and lyrics.
- Experience writing lyrical music in the specified domain language.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Start Date: Immediate.
- Duration: Up to 6 months.
- Commitment: Part-time, 10+ hours per week.
- Hourly rate: $30 - $54.
