Role Overview
Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for quality, creativity, and technical fidelity, working with a leading AI research lab. This role focuses on critical listening and structured assessment of songs, vocals, lyrics, and production elements to help improve generative music models.
Key Responsibilities- Compare AI-generated songs head-to-head, assessing musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production and mix quality
- Label tracks for genre, song structure, instrumentation, vocal presence, and other musical attributes
- Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material to evaluate quality and accuracy
- Minimum 2 years experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer
- Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening
- Nice to have, but not required: formal training in music performance, theory, or composition
- Nice to have, but not required: credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work
- Nice to have, but not required: broad familiarity with contemporary genres, sub-genres, and artists
- Location: Remote, applicants should be based in India
- Employment type: hourly
- Start date: immediate
- Duration: up to 6 months
- Commitment: flexible, most experts work around 20 hours per week, there is no cap
Rate: 13 - 17 hourly
