Physician AI Healthcare Consultant

As a Medical Expert, you will play a crucial role in training advanced AI models using high-quality healthcare reasoning data. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a leading AI lab and contribute to the future of patient care across various medical specialties.

• Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on your specialty, including diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance.
• Create "golden" reference responses that meet attending-level quality standards.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
• Provide written feedback to the research team to enhance model performance.
• Participate in weekly office hours and specialty calibration sessions.

• Attending Physicians: Must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
• Resident Physicians: Must be in the final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible).
• Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty and hold a current active, unrestricted medical license.

• Remote, 100% asynchronous.
• Default commitment of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours after onboarding based on demand.
• Paid weekly.
• Expected start date: Monday, April 27, 2026.
• Ongoing engagement, with performance reviewed monthly.

Compensation rates range from $130 to $300 per hour, depending on specialty and level of training. Your specific rate will be confirmed in your offer.
