About this role
Use your hands-on manufacturing expertise to evaluate AI-generated work in your field. You will review a complete attempt at a realistic job task, including the original task, the AI agent''s approach, produced files, and an AI grader''s completed scorecard. This is a review role, not a production role, so you will not perform or redo the underlying task.
Key Responsibilities- Assess whether each task reflects realistic work performed in the applicable manufacturing role, and classify it as realistic, borderline, or contrived.
- Check domain accuracy, including standards, figures, regulations, constraints, and internal consistency, and identify subtle practitioner-level errors.
- Review the grader''s eleven yes-or-no assessments, including format, fabricated figures, requirement fulfillment, terminology, and related criteria. Document where you disagree and explain why.
- Independently assign a quality band based on whether a practitioner could use or accept the work, then compare your assessment with the reported score.
- Write a brief rationale for every judgment and use spreadsheets or PDFs to verify that figures reconcile.
Apply for the role that matches your professional background:
- Buyers and Purchasing Agents: 5+ years placing purchase orders and negotiating with suppliers for whom you held accountability.
- First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers: 5+ years running a shift or production line, with responsibility for schedules and personnel.
- Mechanical Engineers: 4+ years designing parts or systems that were built. Professional Engineer licensure is a plus.
- Industrial Engineers: 3+ years conducting capacity, throughput, layout, or time studies that changed plant operations.
- Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerks: 4+ years responsible for receiving, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy in a warehouse or plant.
Strong candidates have practical, on-the-floor manufacturing judgment, such as experience with root-cause investigations, PPAPs, first-article inspections, cycle-count variances, or correcting inaccurate method sheets with operators. Candidates whose experience is limited to planning software or engineering simulations are less aligned with this work. Near-native business English and confidence reviewing spreadsheets and PDFs are required.
Work Terms- Remote, hourly engagement.
- Allow approximately one hour to review each item.
$55 to $65 per hour.
