Manufacturing Professional for AI Research

Manufacturing professionals can apply their industry expertise to AI research projects that improve how AI understands real-world professional tasks and language.

• Develop industry-specific prompts and evaluate large language model responses.
• Contribute practical manufacturing knowledge to AI training and evaluation work across industries.

• At least 4 years of experience in one or more relevant roles, such as buyer or purchasing agent, shipping, receiving, or inventory clerk, commercial or industrial designer, electronics engineer excluding computer engineering, or chemical engineer.
• Ability to work primarily asynchronously in collaboration with leading AI labs.

• Remote, asynchronous work that can be completed independently from your location.
• Flexible hours with no minimum hourly commitment.
• Project opportunities open periodically throughout the year across different areas of expertise, and placement depends on project availability.

Up to $120/hr (depending on the project).

• F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
• If your school requires a CPT course, the project may not satisfy that requirement. STEM OPT is not supported.
