About this role

Role Overview

Use your public sector experience to evaluate AI-generated work in your field. For each assignment, you will review the original task, the AI agent''s approach, its completed files, and an AI-generated scoresheet. This is a quality-review role, not a production role, so you will not perform or redo the underlying task.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess whether each task reflects realistic work in your profession, identifying whether it is realistic, borderline, or contrived.
  • Evaluate the accuracy and consistency of domain content, including standards, figures, regulations, and operational constraints.
  • Review the grader''s eleven yes-or-no evaluations, including format, fabricated figures, requirement completion, terminology, and related criteria, and explain any disagreements with the files open for review.
  • Independently assign a usability band based on whether a practitioner could use or accept the work, then compare your assessment with the reported score.
  • Provide a concise written rationale for every judgment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in one of the following public sector roles:
    • Compliance Officer, with 4+ years in regulatory, licensing, or program compliance and experience writing findings requiring action.
    • Administrative Services Manager, with 5+ years managing facilities, records, procurement, or general services for a public agency or institution.
    • Child, Family and School Social Worker, licensed where required by your state, with 4+ years managing an independent caseload.
    • Recreation Worker, with 4+ years operating programs for a parks department, community center, camp, or school district, including staffing and safety planning.
    • First-Line Supervisor of Police and Detectives, with 4+ years as a sworn supervisor at sergeant rank or above.
  • Direct practitioner experience producing findings, case plans, incident reviews, or corrective actions for which others were accountable.
  • Near-native business English proficiency.
  • Comfort reviewing spreadsheets and PDFs, including checking whether figures reconcile.

Preferred Background

This role is best suited to professionals who have administered public programs directly. Candidates whose experience is limited to policy research without program administration, or to private-sector equivalents, may be less aligned because the work involves public procurement, mandated reporting, and public-records requirements.

Work Terms

  • Remote, hourly engagement.
  • Each review typically takes about one hour.

Compensation

$50 to $55 per hour.

What to prepare before applying

  1. Child, Family and School Social Worker: licensed where required by the candidate's state.
  2. Near-native business English.
  3. Currently working public sector professional in one of the specified practice areas.
  4. Compliance Officer: 4+ years in a regulatory, licensing, or program-compliance role writing findings that required action.

These are the confirmed hard requirements. The Apply button routes you to the partner platform where you complete the application.
