Role Overview
Help improve the quality, clarity, and regulatory alignment of investor relations materials by designing IR work tasks, authoring exemplar deliverables, and evaluating model-generated outputs. You will apply real-world IR expertise to shape how AI systems learn to produce LP-ready communications, without needing prior AI experience. This engagement is remote and requires US-based contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Design realistic project tasks that reflect core IR workflows, including quarterly reporting cycles, LP updates, capital raising communications, and roadshow presentations.
- Produce gold-standard IR deliverables, such as LP letters, fund updates, quarterly reports, and investor decks, with the polish and precision expected of a senior IR professional.
- Assess and annotate model-generated content for numerical accuracy, compliance alignment, narrative consistency, and appropriate tone across reporting periods.
- Author detailed rubrics that differentiate IR-grade, LP-ready materials from preliminary drafts, ensuring fidelity to industry standards.
- Identify and flag communication failure modes, including tonal inconsistencies, compliance risks, and narrative drift across reporting cycles.
- Collaborate asynchronously to provide constructive feedback and drive continuous improvement of AI model outputs in the investor relations domain.
- Required skills: rubric fidelity, financial precision, stakeholder-focused writing, and compliance sensitivity.
- Minimum of 4 years of investor relations experience at a large asset manager, private equity firm, hedge fund, or comparable environment is preferred.
- Proven end-to-end responsibility for IR content such as LP letters, fund updates, quarterly reports, or roadshow materials.
- In-depth understanding of compliance and regulated-communication requirements in asset management, and how those requirements affect external communications.
- Exceptional written English, with mastery of investor relations tone and register.
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data accurately and clearly.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc Finance is valued but not required.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to produce polished work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous setting.
