Role Overview
Apply your investment banking expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world finance input. This remote, US-based contract role focuses on shaping how models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design assignments that reflect authentic banking workflows, including pitch preparation, sector coverage, deal execution, and client updates.
- Produce and critique associate-to-VP-level materials, including pitchbooks, confidential information memoranda, deal memos, and market analyses.
- Evaluate model-generated work for numerical accuracy, structural integrity, and alignment with banking communication standards.
- Create detailed evaluation rubrics that distinguish pitch-ready materials from early drafts, including content quality and narrative polish.
- Identify and annotate common issues in banking deliverables, such as incorrect valuation multiples, vague language, and weak transaction rationales.
- Provide best-practice guidance for presenting financial-modeling outputs in persuasive, client-facing documents.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience at a bulge-bracket or elite-boutique investment banking firm.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality pitchbooks, confidential information memoranda, deal memos, or comparable materials for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Advanced financial-modeling capability and the ability to turn quantitative analysis into clear, compelling narratives.
- Exceptional written English and command of professional banking terminology and style.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical precision, pitchbook craftsmanship, and rubric fidelity.
- Knowledge of current market conventions and persuasive communication practices in investment banking.
- An MBA, MSc Finance, or relevant certification is preferred.
