Finance Program Coordinator, AI Training Data Operations

Coordinate finance-focused training data work that supports the development of advanced AI models. In this role, you will bring operational discipline to finance evaluation tasks, helping rater teams, subject matter experts, and program leads deliver accurate, consistent work on schedule.

• Coordinate day-to-day work between finance-domain raters and the broader training-data program, resolving execution gaps and keeping deliverables on track.
• Design and maintain task-tracking, escalation, and quality-review workflows for finance evaluation tasks.
• Assess rater throughput and quality signals, then provide clear written status updates and feedback.
• Address finance-specific rater questions and escalate ambiguous cases to subject matter experts.
• Partner with subject matter experts and program leads to maintain consistency and accuracy across finance training data.

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in finance or finance operations, including coordination of cross-functional teams or projects.
• Experience managing or coordinating contributors or reviewers, such as raters or analysts, against deadlines and quality standards.
• Demonstrated career progression, such as Analyst to Senior Analyst to Program or Project Coordinator.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Hourly W-2 employment, with placement on an extended workforce team supporting a leading AI lab.
• Reliable weekday availability of at least 35 hours per week is required.
• United States-based role.

• $40 to $60 per hour.
