Investment Banker for AI Research Project

Provide subject-matter investment banking expertise to a research project for a leading foundational model AI lab. You will contribute practical deal and corporate finance work products that support model development and research use cases, drawing on hands-on investment banking experience.

• Prepare and review financial models and supporting schedules.
• Create and refine pitch decks for transactions, fundraising, or strategic presentations.
• Draft investment and analysis summaries, memos, and deal writeups.
• Conduct company and industry analysis to inform research outputs and recommendations.

• At least 2 years of experience working at top firms in investment banking.
• Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: financial modeling, pitch decks, investment or analysis summaries and memos, company or industry analysis.

• Remote engagement, hourly employment type.
• Minimum commitment of at least 10 hours per week.
• Minimum engagement length is four weeks, with potential for significant extension or rotation to similar future projects.
• Strong contributors are more likely to be selected for additional projects in the future.

• Pay range is $100 to $130 per hour.
• Top performers may receive pay increases.
