Role Overview

Design, operate, and improve the human-generated data workflows that train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. This role focuses on building reliable annotation, collection, processing, and reporting pipelines that preserve data quality and scale with growing needs. No prior AI experience is required, domain expertise and strong operational instincts are the priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and manage end-to-end data workflows for accurate annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
  • Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs to drive operational performance and data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze datasets to surface actionable insights and present recommendations that improve efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that track key metrics and workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and operations teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
  • Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, maintain data integrity, and uphold quality standards.
  • Take ownership of operational challenges, acting proactively and hands-on to identify and resolve issues.
Qualifications
  • Required skills: project management, data operations, quality analysis, and experience with human-generated data workflows.
  • Technical aptitude demonstrated through data analysis, annotation tasks, or workflow optimization experience.
  • Comfort interpreting and communicating data-driven insights clearly and persuasively, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with operational processes and a strong focus on increasing efficiency and data quality.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work well under pressure, and maintain attention to detail while collaborating with teams.
  • Preferred: background in engineering or other technical fields with an operational focus, experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, and familiarity with programming or query languages such as Python or SQL.
  • Preferred: internship or project-based experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization.
Work Terms
  • Employment type: Full-time.
  • Location: Remote.
  • This position is being filled in parallel across multiple regions to meet coverage needs and time-zone alignment. Responsibilities and expectations are identical across regions, however employment terms will vary by region for compliance reasons.
Compensation
  • Pay rate: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour.

  • Role is remote and open in multiple regions as noted above. Candidates should expect regional variation in employment terms depending on location and local requirements.
  • No prior AI industry experience required; domain expertise and operational skills are the primary qualifications.
