Lead the data operations that help train next-generation AI systems, turning high-quality human input into reliable training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve how models learn, reason, and perform.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and manage data workflows for accurate annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and present recommendations to increase efficiency.
- Partner across teams to align data strategy with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for key metrics and workflow improvements.
- Continuously improve processes for scalability, data integrity, and quality standards.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with operational processes and a focus on improving efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and clearly communicate data-driven insights in writing and verbally.
- Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and experience managing data quality and validation.
- Ability to learn quickly, work effectively under pressure, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management, data operations, quality analysis, and human data experience are relevant to this role.
- Background in engineering or another technical field with an operational focus or experience on human data projects.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, or programming languages such as Python or SQL.
- Internship or project-based experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization.
- Full-time, remote position.
- This role is being hired across multiple regions to support coverage, compliance, and time-zone needs. Core responsibilities and expectations are consistent, while employment terms vary by region.
$40 to $60 per hour.
