About this role

Hospitality professionals can apply their front-desk expertise to help improve AI systems used across specialized hospitality topics. In this remote, asynchronous role, you will contribute your practical understanding of hotel, motel, and resort operations while building new skills in AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create hospitality-focused prompts and assess AI-generated responses for accuracy and quality.
  • Research hospitality subjects that interest you, using AI as part of the process.
  • Work independently in collaboration with leading AI labs to strengthen large language models within hospitality-related domains.
  • Continue developing skills while contributing to AI work across disciplines.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of work experience as a hotel, motel, or resort desk clerk.
  • Ability to participate in primarily asynchronous work.
  • Confidence that your hospitality expertise can exceed current AI systems in understanding and explaining important concepts in the field.
Work Terms
  • Part-time, independent contractor engagement.
  • Remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work independently from your location.
  • Flexible hours with no minimum hourly commitment.
  • The program operates year-round, but placement and project assignments depend on project availability and may vary by domain.
Compensation

Up to $60/hr (depending on the project).

Eligibility
  • F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects.
  • Consult your Designated School Official to determine your eligibility. If your school requires a CPT course, this engagement may not meet your school''s requirements.
  • STEM OPT is not supported. Review the applicable work-authorization guidance for supported authorization types.
