Role Overview

Healthcare and nursing professionals apply clinical and administrative expertise to AI training projects that improve how models understand real-world healthcare tasks and language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your professional knowledge to evaluate and refine model outputs related to healthcare workflows and patient interactions.
  • Develop industry-specific prompts and test cases to surface realistic clinical and administrative scenarios.
  • Assess large language model responses for accuracy, safety, relevance, and professional tone.
  • Provide structured feedback and examples that help improve model performance on healthcare tasks.
  • Learn new skills while contributing to cross-industry AI research efforts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in one or more of the following or similar roles:
  • First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers
  • Medical Office Supervisor
  • Patient Access Supervisor
  • Front Office Supervisor
  • Billing Supervisor
  • Nurse Practitioners
  • Nurse Practitioner
  • Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
  • Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Ability to perform primarily asynchronous work in collaboration with leading AI research teams.
Work Terms
  • Remote, asynchronous work, perform tasks independently from your location.
  • Part-time engagement with flexible hours, there is no minimum hourly commitment.
  • Project placement depends on availability, the program runs year-round and opportunities open periodically across different specialties.
Compensation
  • Up to $140/hr (depending on the project)
Eligibility
  • F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be able to participate in projects offered through this program.
  • Work with your Designated School Official to confirm your individual eligibility; if your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, the program may not satisfy that requirement.
  • STEM OPT is not supported for these projects.
  • Refer to the program Help Center article for additional details about supported work authorizations.
