Role Overview
Healthcare and nursing professionals apply clinical and administrative expertise to evaluate and improve AI systems that interpret real-world healthcare tasks and language. You will use your day-to-day knowledge of clinical workflows, patient access, billing, and supervisory responsibilities to create and assess prompts and large language model responses for accuracy, safety, and relevance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine industry-specific prompts and scenarios that reflect real clinical and administrative work.
- Evaluate and rate large language model outputs for correctness, clinical appropriateness, and clarity.
- Provide domain-specific feedback to improve model behavior for healthcare tasks and language.
- Work primarily asynchronously, completing assignments independently and following project guidelines and quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in one or more of the following roles: Medical Office Supervisor, Patient Access Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, Billing Supervisor, First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience with clinical or administrative healthcare workflows, documentation, billing, or patient access processes.
- Able to participate in primarily asynchronous work in partnership with AI research teams.
- Location: Remote, work independently from your chosen location.
- Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours, asynchronous assignments, no minimum weekly hour commitment.
- Placement into specific projects depends on project availability; projects open periodically throughout the year.

Eligibility and Work Authorization- F-1 students with eligible CPT or OPT may qualify for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported.
