Healthcare Administrative Professional for AI Research

Healthcare administrative professionals can apply their operational knowledge of healthcare workflows and professional language to AI research projects that improve how AI handles real-world work.

• Help improve AI understanding of real-world professional tasks and language.
• Develop healthcare industry-specific prompts and evaluate large language model responses.
• Work primarily asynchronously in collaboration with leading AI labs.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Medical Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Community Health Worker, or in a comparable healthcare administrative role.
• Ability to participate effectively in primarily asynchronous work.

• Remote, part-time, independent contractor engagement.
• Work independently from your location on a flexible, asynchronous schedule.
• No minimum hourly commitment.
• Projects are available year-round, with opportunities opening periodically across areas of expertise.
• Assignment to a project depends on project availability.

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).

• F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for project work.
• Confirm eligibility with your Designated School Official. If your school requires a CPT course, this work may not meet that requirement.
• STEM OPT is not supported.
