Share finance leadership perspectives that can inform healthcare and pharmacy benefit experiences through a focused online research survey on pharmacy benefit manager, PBM, selection and contracting decisions.
Role OverviewThis one-time remote research engagement is for Chief Financial Officers and Vice Presidents of Finance who hold decision-making authority over PBM selection at qualifying U.S. organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Complete a structured online survey in approximately 25 minutes.
- Provide perspectives on PBM selection, pricing and rebate arrangements, drug spend, and specialty pharmacy strategy.
- Submit all survey responses within the required timeline.
- Current title of Chief Financial Officer or VP of Finance.
- Employed by a health plan or health insurer, a provider-sponsored health plan owned by a health system, or a third-party administrator that makes its own PBM decisions.
- Final decision-maker for PBM selection or a member of the committee responsible for selecting the PBM.
- Able to complete the online survey independently.
- One-time remote engagement for candidates based in the United States.
- Online survey format with an expected duration of approximately 25 minutes.
Receive a one-time payment of $210 upon successful verification of the submission.
Eligibility- Limited to CFO and VP of Finance titles.
- Not eligible: pharmacy, clinical, medical, procurement, contracting, or compliance professionals; employees of PBMs, benefits consultants, or brokers; employers purchasing benefits for their own staff; and hospitals or health systems that do not operate their own health plan.
What to prepare before applying
- Must be based in the United States.
- Current title must be Chief Financial Officer or VP of Finance.
- Must work for a health plan, health insurer, provider-sponsored health plan owned by a health system, or a third-party administrator that makes its own PBM decisions.
- Must have formal authority over PBM decisions as the final PBM selection decision-maker or a member of the PBM selection committee.
