About this role
Contribute domain expertise to train next generation AI by capturing, executing, and documenting realistic, multi step finance and data analysis workflows. - Independently execute each workflow in real tools such as Snowflake and Excel or Google Sheets, recording every step, decision, input, and output.
- Embed collaboration interactions naturally into workflows, for example Slack threads for cross functional coordination and shared documents for distribution and feedback.
- Create comprehensive documentation for each scenario in the annotation platform, including step by step instructions, rationale, formulas, SQL queries, and illustrative screenshots or results.
- Identify and flag ambiguous or edge case scenarios for the project team, and update workflows based on feedback to improve accuracy and coverage.
- Maintain high standards of data security and privacy in all workflow execution and documentation.
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in FP&A, accounting, financial analysis, or data analytics, with practical use of advanced spreadsheets and data warehousing tools such as Snowflake.
- Ability to write robust SQL queries for reporting, reconciliation, and ad hoc analysis tasks.
- Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability producing financial workflows and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain complex steps and context to annotators unfamiliar with the work.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Slack and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace as part of finance and data workflows.
- Preferred, but not required: experience with financial modeling, forecasting, or BI dashboards such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Advantageous: prior experience in data annotation, process documentation, or quality assurance.
- Role type: Contractor, freelance engagement.
- Location: Remote.
- Work is assigned and completed through the internal annotation platform, with flexible, self directed participation and clear project deliverables.
- No prior experience in AI required, domain expertise in finance and data workflows is the focus.
Pay range: $14.00 to $36.00 per hour.
Eligibility and Application- Required skills highlighted in the project include finance domain knowledge, annotation experience, and a focus on security and privacy.
- Candidates will be evaluated for fit based on demonstrated finance and data analysis experience and the ability to produce clear, reproducible workflow documentation.
- To express interest, submit your application through the provided recruitment channel. If selected, you will be engaged as a contractor and assigned tasks via the internal annotation platform, where you will deliver the documented workflows and incorporate reviewer feedback.
