AI Model Training Associate

Generalists apply broad academic knowledge and strong attention to detail to evaluate and improve large language models through short, remote projects with leading AI research teams. Work typically involves reviewing model outputs, following structured instructions to label or rate responses, and contributing examples that help improve model performance.

• Work remotely and independently on short term AI training projects.
• Apply your academic skills, reasoning, and judgment to evaluate model responses and complete assigned tasks.
• Follow detailed instructions and quality standards to produce accurate labels, ratings, edits, or annotations.
• Complete a brief training and one assessment before beginning project work.
• Participate asynchronously with project teams and respond to feedback to improve output quality.
• Deliver consistent, high quality work to become eligible for additional projects over time.

• Current student pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s degree, or a graduate holding one of those degrees.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Comfortable working primarily asynchronously in a remote environment.
• Confidence that your knowledge and reasoning skills can challenge and improve advanced AI systems.
• No prior technical specialization is required.

• Remote, part time, short term projects.
• No minimum hourly commitment required.
• Brief training and a single assessment are required before starting project tasks.
• Work independently, with flexible scheduling determined by each project.
• Successful performance can lead to eligibility for more projects in the future.

Up to $30/hr (depending on the project)
