AAA Gameplay Data Capture Specialist

Capture high-fidelity gameplay sessions from top-tier AAA titles to produce the training data that shapes next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on systematic recording, organization, and annotation of gameplay using the project''s in-house tools, while collaborating with a distributed team to deliver accurate, securely stored data. No prior AI experience is required, your AAA gaming expertise is the key qualification.

• Play a range of AAA game titles and capture gameplay sessions according to project guidelines.
• Record, organize, and annotate game sessions with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Use in-house data capture tools, and follow specific capture instructions precisely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to recording and data capture workflows.
• Ensure all data files are securely stored, cataloged, and transferred following project procedures.
• Maintain regular written and verbal communication with the remote customer team, and provide clear updates to fellow experts and team leads.
• Meet project deadlines and remain flexible as requirements evolve.

• Proven passion for and experience with AAA games, and access to the specific titles required for the project.
• Strong gameplay proficiency, able to follow capture instructions exactly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, clear and detail-oriented.
• Experience using gameplay recording or data capture tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced or changing scenarios.

• Previous experience in gameplay QA, playtesting, or data capture roles.
• Familiarity with video editing or data annotation tools.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

• Onboarding, a cohort of five experts will be brought on early next week, Monday or Tuesday, for initial setup and assignment.

Rate range, $10.00 to $18.00 per hour. Pay is structured under a pay per task model consistent with the contract engagement.

• Mandatory, you must own a high-end gaming PC capable of running the latest AAA games smoothly at high resolutions while recording.
• Must have access to the specific AAA titles required by the project.
