AAA Gameplay Data Capture Specialist

Help train next generation AI systems by capturing high-quality gameplay data from AAA titles. You will play and record game sessions, organize and annotate files, troubleshoot recording workflows, and collaborate with a remote team to deliver accurate, secure data that improves model performance.

• Play specified AAA games and capture gameplay using provided in-house tools and any required industry tools.
• Record, label, organize, and annotate game sessions with high attention to accuracy and detail.
• Follow detailed capture instructions and meet project deadlines while remaining flexible to changing requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to recording, storage, and transfer workflows.
• Ensure all data files are securely stored, cataloged, and transferred according to project guidelines.
• Maintain clear, timely written and verbal communication with team leads and the customer’s remote team.
• Collaborate with fellow experts and provide concise feedback and status updates.

• Proven passion for and experience with AAA games, and access to the specific titles required for the project.
• Strong gameplay proficiency and the ability to follow capture instructions precisely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented and prompt.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, reliable, with strong problem solving skills and adaptability in fast paced or changing scenarios.
• Experience using gameplay recording or data capture tools is a plus.
• Preferred, but not required, experience in gameplay QA, playtesting, video editing, data annotation, or working with geographically distributed teams.
• Mandatory: Ownership of a high end gaming PC that can run the latest AAA games at high resolutions and record smoothly.

• Employment type: Contract, independent contractor engagement.

• $10.00 to $18.00 per hour.

• Must own a high end gaming PC capable of running and recording modern AAA games at high resolution without performance issues.
• Must have access to the required game titles for the project.
