Role Overview
Fine art and music professionals apply their creative and technical expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems handle real-world artistic and musical tasks. Work will focus on creating and assessing prompts, reviewing model outputs for accuracy and nuance, and providing domain-informed guidance to shape model behavior.
Key Responsibilities- Use professional experience to help AI better understand industry language, workflows, and deliverables.
- Develop industry-specific prompts and tasks that reflect real-world fine art and music practice.
- Evaluate large language model responses for quality, relevance, and fidelity to professional standards.
- Provide detailed feedback and examples that inform model refinement.
- Learn new evaluation methods and adapt to project-specific guidelines across different creative disciplines.
- Accept assignments as projects become available; placement into specific projects depends on project availability.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following: fine artists (including painters, sculptors, illustrators), music directors, or composers.
- Comfort working primarily asynchronously and independently, in collaboration with research teams or AI labs.
- Location: Remote, work from any location.
- Schedule: Asynchronous, flexible hours with no minimum hourly commitment.
- Employment type: Part-time.
- Program cadence: The program runs year-round. Project opportunities open periodically across different areas of expertise, and assignment to a project depends on availability.

Eligibility- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be able to participate; consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported for this program.
