- A strong interest in improving AI model capabilities through complex software engineering work.
- Remote, hourly engagement.
- Commit approximately 20 hours per week.
- $150 to $210 per hour, based on geography and experience level.
- Complete a 30-minute AI interview.
- Complete an asynchronous software engineering exercise and project-instructions quiz, approximately two hours total, with $100 paid upon completion.
