Electrical Engineer for AI Model Training

Electrical engineering experts apply their domain knowledge to design and evaluate prompts, assess language model outputs for technical accuracy, and help improve AI behavior on electrical engineering topics.

• Create and refine domain-specific prompts and test cases targeted at electrical engineering concepts.
• Evaluate and annotate LLM responses for correctness, clarity, and usefulness in technical contexts.
• Conduct independent research on electrical engineering topics, using AI tools as an aid when appropriate.
• Contribute feedback and examples that help improve model performance across related engineering disciplines.
• Learn new skills while contributing to AI-focused projects across multiple domains.

• Master''s students or graduates in Electrical Engineering.
• Comfortable working primarily asynchronously in collaboration with AI research teams.
• Confident that your subject-matter expertise can exceed current AI systems in explaining and reasoning about key electrical engineering concepts.

• Location: Remote, work from wherever you are.
• Employment type: Part time.
• Schedule: Flexible hours, primarily asynchronous, with no minimum hourly commitment.
• Program timing: The program runs year-round, however project availability varies by domain and placement depends on open projects.

Up to $55/hr (depending on the project)

• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate. Work with your Designated School Official to confirm your status.
• If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet those course requirements.
• STEM OPT is not supported for participation.
