Key Responsibilities- Participate in realistic one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations with project participants.
- Simulate common tutoring scenarios, including explaining concepts, answering questions, guiding learners, and providing academic support.
- Deliver clear, accurate explanations tailored to different learning needs and levels.
- Use effective teaching techniques, active listening, questioning, and student-engagement practices.
- Adapt communication and teaching approaches based on each learner''s needs, understanding, and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance in a supportive, professional manner.
- Follow project guidelines so conversations remain natural and representative of real tutoring or teaching interactions.
- Professional experience as a teacher, private tutor, academic tutor, educator, academic coach, or in a similar role.
- Several years of hands-on teaching, tutoring, or academic-support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and adjust explanations for different learners.
- Experience conducting one-on-one tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or academic coaching sessions.
- Strong active-listening, patience, and student-engagement skills.
- Comfort working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions.
- Remote independent-contractor engagement.
- Open to candidates located in the United States.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- $50 to $100 per hour.
