Role Overview
Apply your development, cloud, and infrastructure expertise to evaluate AI-assisted workflows that support real-world engineering work. You will help improve next-generation AI systems through detailed technical assessments, feedback, and validation. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and validate AI-assisted workflows for development and infrastructure tasks using GitHub, GitLab, JIRA, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Assess the accuracy, relevance, and practical usefulness of AI-generated commands, configurations, and outputs in cloud and platform engineering contexts.
- Document observations, identify discrepancies, and provide detailed feedback grounded in professional experience.
- Evaluate how AI agents interact with connected workplace tools, including Slack, Google Drive, and Microsoft 365.
- Submit written evaluations and participate in virtual discussions to clarify workflow requirements.
- Recommend improvements and flag issues in AI-driven processes, with attention to industry standards and real-world applicability.
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering, cloud, platform engineering, or infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD tools, and observability frameworks.
- Familiarity with developer platforms and workflow tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and JIRA.
- Professional experience using AI agents, such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or Codex, alongside development and infrastructure tools.
- Ability to evaluate technical processes and provide actionable feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to clarity and thoroughness.
- Experience with workplace connectors or automation tools is a plus.
Work Terms
