About this role

Role Overview

Data experts apply analytics, data design, and executive-level storytelling to evaluate and improve large language model outputs in high-stakes business communication contexts, including board presentations, strategic business cases, investor decks, client proposals, and executive communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and refine domain-specific prompts for large language models and assess model responses for accuracy, clarity, and suitability for executive audiences.
  • Translate complex quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, persuasive presentations and narratives for board and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with multi-disciplinary AI research teams to iterate on evaluation criteria and feedback workflows.
  • Conduct independent research on topics relevant to assigned projects, using AI tools as appropriate.
  • Participate in project-based work that varies by domain; placement into specific projects depends on project availability.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles: data scientist, data analyst, database architect, database administrator.
  • Proven ability to convert complex ideas and data into clear, persuasive presentations for executive or board-level audiences.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and applying data-driven storytelling techniques.
  • Ability to work asynchronously with remote AI research teams and manage independent project tasks.
Work Terms
  • Remote, asynchronous engagement from any location.
  • Part-time, flexible hours, with no minimum weekly hours required.
  • Project work is year-round and varies by domain; assignment to projects is subject to availability.
  • Typical tasks include prompt development, model evaluation, topic research, and producing executive-facing deliverables.
Compensation
  • Up to $105/hr (depending on the project)
Eligibility
  • F-1 students with valid CPT or OPT authorization may be eligible for project work, subject to your school guidelines. Work with your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
  • If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement. STEM OPT is not supported.
