Data Annotator for AI Training

Create precise annotations for audio and video that directly train next-generation AI systems. As a remote contractor, you will apply your domain knowledge and careful attention to detail to produce high-quality labels and corrections that improve how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise and accuracy are the primary qualifications.

• Annotate and label audio and video content with precision, following detailed, project-specific guidelines.
• Review and validate existing annotations to ensure consistency and dataset quality.
• Identify, flag, and correct ambiguities or errors in data samples.
• Document annotation decisions and maintain clear records for auditability and transparency.
• Collaborate with project leads and peers through written and verbal communication to resolve questions and align on best practices.
• Meet defined deliverables and deadlines while maintaining high annotation accuracy.
• Provide insights and feedback on annotation processes to support continuous workflow improvements.

• Required skills: data annotation, strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• No prior AI experience required; domain knowledge is valued.
• Ability to document and articulate annotation rationale and decisions.
• Preferred: demonstrated experience annotating audio and video, familiarity with data labeling tools or platforms, experience providing constructive feedback to improve annotation workflows, and strong organizational skills.

Pay range: $6.00 to $8.00 per hour.

• Open to remote independent contractors able to perform annotation work and communicate in English.
