Role Overview
Apply your STEM expertise and real-world experience with AI coding agents to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contract opportunity centers on documenting, evaluating, and sharing how AI coding tools support complex technical work beyond basic code completion. Prior AI industry experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities- Share detailed accounts of the AI coding agents, workflows, and technical challenges you use in practice.
- Describe and evaluate how AI agents help address intricate real-world problems, including navigating large codebases, advanced debugging, and architectural changes.
- Document step-by-step approaches for using AI agents to build end-to-end features, resolve ambiguous requirements, and collaborate on complex projects.
- Assess AI agent strengths and limitations across scenarios, providing data-driven insights and improvement suggestions.
- Provide written and verbal feedback that informs the ongoing development of AI models and coding assistants.
- Participate in structured interviews, surveys, and knowledge-sharing sessions as a technical expert.
- Extensive hands-on STEM professional experience and regular use of AI coding agents as a core technical tool.
- Ability to explain complex technical workflows, challenges, and solutions clearly in writing and conversation.
- Experience using AI assistants for sophisticated work such as feature development, architectural refactoring, and advanced debugging in real-world environments.
- Examples of using AI agents beyond basic coding assistance to improve productivity and solve open-ended or ambiguous technical problems.
- Ability to communicate AI-enabled solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with popular AI coding tools and emerging best practices.
