STEM Professional for AI Coding Agent Training

Apply hands-on STEM and AI coding experience to help improve next-generation AI systems through real-world technical workflows, examples, and feedback. This remote contract role is designed for professionals who use AI coding agents in complex technical work and can clearly explain their methods, decisions, and results. Prior AI-industry experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit detailed, high-quality examples of real technical challenges in which AI coding agents supported your workflow.
• Explain verbally and in writing the tools, strategies, workflows, and decision-making used to deploy AI agents in STEM settings.
• Demonstrate how you use AI assistance for complex work, including navigating large codebases, debugging, and architectural changes.
• Participate in interactive sessions or research studies that assess AI agents'' effectiveness in technical problem-solving.
• Provide candid feedback on current AI coding tools, including their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with project facilitators to improve agent-guided workflows for technical accuracy and usability.

Qualifications

• Current professional experience in a STEM field involving real-world coding, data, or engineering challenges.
• Experience using AI coding agents or related tools for work beyond basic code generation or autocomplete.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address ambiguous, complex technical issues.
• Examples of end-to-end feature development or architectural problem-solving supported by AI agents.
• Ability to navigate and understand large, complex codebases or technical systems.
• Clear technical writing and verbal communication skills, including workflow documentation and explanation of technical concepts and tool usage.
• Ability to collaborate, provide constructive feedback, and adapt recommendations to improve AI tools.
• Interest in contributing real-world expertise and feedback to the development of AI systems.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $80 to $100 per hour.
