STEM Professional for AI Coding Agent Evaluation

Help improve next-generation AI coding agents by sharing how you use them to solve real STEM challenges. This remote contract role centers on practical experience with AI-assisted coding in complex technical environments, including the workflows, decisions, and outcomes behind your work.

You will contribute real-world expertise that helps AI systems learn, reason, and perform more effectively in STEM settings. Prior AI industry experience is not required; hands-on domain knowledge and the ability to explain how AI coding tools support your work are central to the opportunity.

• Submit detailed, high-quality examples of technical challenges where AI coding agents materially supported your workflow.
• Document or discuss the tools, strategies, and decision-making processes used to apply AI agents in STEM environments.
• Explain how you use AI assistance for complex work such as navigating large codebases, debugging issues, and making architectural changes.
• Participate in interactive sessions or research studies that assess AI agents'' effectiveness in technical problem-solving.
• Provide candid feedback on AI coding tools, including their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with project facilitators to improve agent-guided workflows for technical accuracy and usability.

• Active professional experience in a STEM field involving real-world coding, data, or engineering challenges.
• Demonstrated use of AI coding agents or related tools beyond basic code generation or autocomplete.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts, workflows, and tool usage.
• Ability to solve ambiguous, complex technical problems, including end-to-end feature development or architectural problem-solving with AI agents.
• Experience navigating and understanding large, complex codebases or technical systems.
• Ability to collaborate, provide constructive feedback, and adapt recommendations for AI tool improvement.
• Interest in contributing practical insights that advance AI systems.
