Role Overview
Create high-quality evaluation tasks that reflect the realities of enterprise IT consulting and technology delivery for Fortune 500 and large public company engagements. This role focuses on designing scenarios, reference outputs, and assessment rubrics that capture senior-level consulting judgment across complex, high-stakes client work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise consulting scenarios involving engagements valued at $1M or more, multi-stakeholder steering committees, and complex SOW and procurement cycles at Fortune 500 accounts.
- Build tasks covering digital transformation strategy, systems integration, managed services delivery, IT advisory, and technology change management.
- Create delivery and engagement scenarios using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise PMO platforms in Fortune 500 client environments.
- Apply enterprise consulting methods including Agile and SAFe delivery, business case development, and RACI and governance models.
- Produce reference engagement plans, account strategies, and executive-level deliverables.
- Write rubrics that differentiate authentic enterprise consulting judgment from generic framework knowledge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems integration, or managed services delivery at a Fortune 500 technology or consulting firm, such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, or TCS, or within a Fortune 500 enterprise IT or transformation organization, such as JPMorgan, UPS, Unilever, Microsoft, or PepsiCo.
- Direct ownership of Fortune 500 client engagements, delivery programs, or transformation initiatives.
- Fluency in enterprise consulting methodologies and delivery tools, along with practical knowledge of Fortune 500 budgeting, procurement, and legal and SOW review processes.
- Experience authoring rubrics, consulting-enablement curriculum, or training content is preferred.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
- $70 to $80 per hour.
