About this role
Apply deep clinical expertise with young survivors of abuse to improve the sensitivity, accuracy, and safety of AI-generated mental health guidance. This remote contract role centers on translating trauma-informed practice into high-quality case analysis, content, and expert feedback. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and contribute to case-based scenarios that reflect the complexities of youth abuse victimization.
- Review, assess, and provide feedback on model-generated mental health guidance related to abuse cases.
- Develop and curate content describing best practices for trauma-informed care for young abuse survivors.
- Identify clinical or ethical gaps and inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align deliverables with current mental health care standards for abuse victims.
- Participate in iterative review cycles to improve training-data quality.
- Document recommendations that strengthen system sensitivity, accuracy, safety, privacy, and confidentiality for vulnerable populations.
- Completed MD, PhD in psychology, or PhD in social work.
- Extensive clinical experience supporting youth who have experienced abuse, with this work as a primary or exclusive clinical focus.
- Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed practices and interventions for young survivors.
- Active clinical engagement, with most working time dedicated to supporting abuse victims.
- Strong clinical assessment, case analysis, ethical decision-making, content development, feedback, evaluation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
- Commitment to ethical standards and to protecting participant privacy and well-being.
- Remote, independent contractor engagement.
- $100 to $200 per hour.
